Fast Food Service Crew is a 3D simulation game that transforms traditional training into an engaging experience focused on developing the core skills needed in Philippine fast food service. Set in a burger restaurant environment, the game lets players take orders, manage customers, and handle pressure through realistic and repeatable scenarios. Built using Unity and guided by the Input-Process-Output (IPO) model, it helps improve speed, accuracy, and problem-solving in a safe space where mistakes become lessons. Tested and refined through player feedback, this project shows strong potential as a scalable, interactive tool for preparing confident and competent service crew members.
